About
Built for the people who hold ministries together.
Volunteers are the backbone of every church. Volunteer Circle exists to help the leaders who recruit, train, and care for them do it well — without drowning in spreadsheets.
Why we built it
The patchwork wasn't working.
Ask almost any ministry leader how they keep track of their volunteers and you'll hear the same answer: a spreadsheet here, a group text there, a sign-up sheet at the back, and a lot of holding it together in their head. It works — until someone slips through the cracks, a new volunteer never gets trained, or a faithful servant quietly burns out because nobody noticed.
We thought church leaders deserved better than a patchwork — one place to communicate with the team, train them to serve with confidence, and care for them as people.
Simple on purpose
More time for the ministry only you can do.
Volunteer Circle is intentionally simple. It tracks the real details churches care about — background checks, teams, households, training — and keeps every church's information private and protected.
The goal isn't more software. It's giving the leaders who hold ministries together fewer things to juggle, and more room to actually shepherd their people.
What we believe
The principles behind the product
People over process
Software should free leaders to be present with their volunteers — not bury them in admin. Every feature earns its place by that test.
Trustworthy by default
Churches hold sensitive information about real people. We treat privacy and keeping your data protected as non-negotiable, not a setting.
Simple on purpose
We'd rather do a few things beautifully than bolt on features nobody asked for. If it doesn't help you serve, it doesn't ship.
Where we are
Early, and building with churches.
Volunteer Circle is in early access. We're working closely with a small group of churches to get it right — if that sounds like you, we'd love to have you in.
